OBTAIN STRENGTH BY DEVELOPING SELF CONTROL:

To try to explain meaning of self control, use some simple example:

Some students desire to do well in their studies. All those students will make their plans about their study times etc. The students, who will be able to actually follow their plans of studies more closely, will have better chance of doing well in their studies. The students, who will not be able to adhere to their own plans, will have less chance of doing well. Obviously the students, who will have better self control, will do better and eventually develop more confidence and strength.

As we all are different, we all have different characteristics about how we act. Personally I am lot less productive if I do not prepare my self in the morning by taking shower etc. My this habit made me get into a regular habit of taking shower before I start doing my work. Similarly you can develop your own habits to become relatively more productive in your works.
