SOME THING TO LOOK FORWARD TO:

ALWAYS HAVE SOME THING TO LOOK FORWARD TO:

When you have some thing to look forward to, you will think and act with added energy. Even if what you are looking forward to is completely imaginary, it still will keep giving you added energy.

If you do not have any thing major to look forward to, try this: Use your imagination and find out what you like to do, where you want to go, whom you want to meet, … Then start evaluating how you should proceed to do what ever you planned for. You should not think there is any thing unobtainable. In my opinion, it is ok to try to strive at unobtainable. This way your mind will start planning and your body will start working towards some thing you want to reach at.

Here it is important to note that what ever you are looking forward to, you should not become obsessed with it, because the results are not in your hands.
